Acquisition of mulled wine via trade with another player

I acquired 200 mulled wine from another player, but I wasn't given credit for it in order to claim the ten presents for doing such.

Please don't post the same issue in multiple places. It makes it harder for people who are having the same problem to find an answer, if there is one.
