Problems with Battle Hardened Generals

I've got 4 generals, 2 Battle Hardened, 1 Grim, and 1 Normal..... i am doing the Adventure, Stealing from the Rich.... and before everytime i send a "Special general" he took 15 mins to get to the adventure zone.... today i sent them... and 20ish mins later went to check on them, click on the star menu as they where not there.... and see that both have 30 mins to get there..... , its like they didnt start to move until i checked on them... and they took twice as long to get there..... so 1 fluc, thats understandable, beta game.... send them back with fresh troops and it happened again to the 2 battle hardened generals, there taking 30 mins to get to the island.... lest this time they did start when i told them too...

Same thing here, except even 30 min later they werent there. after 40 min I logged off....

Having the same problem as the first 2 posters. But to add to that list of bugs when sending to an adventure i would like to add you also have a bug floating around that will make the generals travel to an adventure instantly. So please for the love of god either fix the BHG to travel to an adventure in 15 minutes like it should or make all the generals travel instantly. And i can provide a screenshot of the increase time that a BHG has to travel.

This is an ongoing issue and the development team is aware of the issue I can not say for certain when the actual issue will be fixed.

Yep, the "Generals" both regular and gemmed generals have this traveling issues. And in some occasion they actually arrive early.
By the way when will BB do the "Pirate Hut" code giveaway like they did in Germany?

This is really terribly frustrating.
Trying to finish up and adventure and it is taking so long to ferry troops.
I really hope we get some kind of remuneration for this.
Paid real money for fast generals only to have them take longer that a regular one?

Ubi should be giving us something for all the time and XP we are losing.

I usually always experience this "time" bug. I have one Grim Reaper and 2 regular generals, and they usually always either take twice as long, or they get there/back instantly. Its more rare for them to take their standard 15/30 minute trips. Its usually closer to an hour for even the Grim Reaper, who should only be 15 minutes. Its very annoying and I look forward to this bug being fixed.

The reason as why we have yet to say anything yet is because it is still in the hands of the development team. Until they say to us what we can tell the community of the game we cannot give out any information.

I know its being worked on and it will be fixed.

Part of my problem is that I have gotten used to the speed at which the Dev team does address and repair issues. Add to that the simple fact that they have released a software that relatively problem free.I tend to forget about the bug, or I assume they fixed it.I also understand they are prioritizing new features. This is a for profit software, even if it is a free game.Thanks again for your tireless work.
The tone of some of my support tickets are certainly not my best, and I know how often you get that.

This is a very frustrating bug. Between working real life, and doing things at home, i try to time adventures around my schedule. When i have a half hour to get some attacks in and i send 3 15 minute generals to the adventure to do them, i expect 15 minutes. No it takes 45 minutes so there is nothing i can do and hours upon hours are wasted until i can get back to the game to actually do the combat.

I know its being worked on, just expressing my frustration as well if that helps speed it along :)

What priority is this?

How about any roadmap for fixing issues. Graphics updates are all fine and dandy and I realize this is a different person/team doing it. However we have seen no BUG fixes applied in the last several maintenance.

hmm maybe that is why my harden general sucks in fighting to?

This bug is zero priority. It's been reported since closed beta and no fix yet. But, that's what you get for a beta game. Sometimes I think they fired all of their programmers on this game there's so little movement on issues.

I can understand they want to roll out new features.
This just means juggling the schedule more.
I think it would be nice if a quick fix of removing travel time all together could be implemented?
However, it is doubtful any mods even look at this thread so...

FIX THIS, i'm sick and tired of sending generals that should only take 15mins and they take 40 mins...or weirdly, one I just sent took 24 mins and a normal general took 48...its so random and I would think this is a quick fix...but it just gets ignored.
