General wins the battle but is recovering

In the Nords adventure I had sent my general with 40 Militia 50 Calvary and 110 Crossbowmen and watched as the battle began.

After 10 seconds my general appears halfway to the camp being attacked

About 15 seconds later the camp dissapears and the battle was won clearing the sector

About 15 seconds later my general appears marching out of the garrison that won the battle so I retreat.

I go to transfer my garrison to a different location but I cannot as it shows my general is recovering. I won the battle losing only 32 Militia so the general should not be recovering from a loss.
