WARNING: Generals Going Crazy in Co-op Adventures -- causing major losses
1) Co-op adventures have historically been unstable when more than one person is on the move at the same time, or often simply when both parties are even viewing the adventure at the same time.
2) Today was the pinnacle in my personal experience. First my general would back up and repeat short parts of his route several times (usually in the trees) -- this was without my adventure partner in active window. Nords was the adventure of the day, and is one of the buggiest.
3) Next, while on his way to attack a camp -- he appeared to be moving along fine, until my partner moved one of his garrisons -- my general disappeared completely, then reappeared coming back out of his garrison of origin, then disappeared completely again and refused to reappear until I completely reloaded my screen -- upon which he was seen coming out of his garrison of origin once again -- then completely disappearing again, then the camp he was supposed to have been attacking disappeared and he was seen attacking the leader camp -- he won that fight -- then disappeared completely again. Only to show up in his garrison a second later dead as a doornail suffering the loss of 100 xbowmen.
To add insult to injury, upon sending a general back to get replacement troops -- he was stricken with the hour long travel bug.
Frustrated? Yes. Minor bug? No. Major bug? Yes.
Beta? yes. *sigh* ...so we take our chances.
Looking forward to having this one fixed. In the meantime, if you're co-oping you may want to make sure that only one general is active at a time until this is fixed.
