Star Menu Resources

It would be great if there were a way to arrange the resources in the Star Menu. This would help with keeping track of how many of which resource you have. Also being able to select more than one resource when added it to the Mayor's mansion would help the player.

A wile back there were some tabs added to the star menu which would separate some of the items such as buffs/resources/buildings/generals etc.
