I have a sawmill upgrading to level 4, and the production bar is stuck at 12 seconds remaining. Does that mean for 24 hours I'm getting no planks from this sawmill?

the building stops producing when upgrading. It'll restart where it stops when upgrading finished.
Wow. The level 5 upgrade is going to be PAINFUL - it takes a week!
buff the other buildings during that time
The lvl 5 upgrading is good on stores and Mayor's house. They don't do any work lol :)
I'm not sure, but was told that Provision House and Barracks produce while upgrading. Can anyone confirm?
