Hardwood Planks and Marble Masons don't seem to be working when not in game.

For the past two days I have noticed that my Hardwood Planks and Marble Masons do not seem to be producing while I am not online. I should have more than 1000 in each produced every day, but my numbers have stayed under 200. When I log on in the mornings and see that I have under 200 of each in inventory I will buff each of these productions and produce during the time that I am logged in. It appears that Fir Cutters and Coakers are working while off line but these are the only ones that I have been monitoring. Please help. I'm sure it is something that I am doing wrong, but just in case I have posted this thread.
