I am trying to get an idea of how many players this is affecting. I have already submitted a bug report. This is the senario:
You send out an invite to a player for an adventure. This player already expressed interest in joining the adventure. Hours go by and no response from the other player. When asked, the other player will state that they never got the invite, or 24 hours goes by and the auto refuse kicks in. In the mean time you can not ask any one else, the option is grayed out.

The "Quest Log" referenced is the tag with the "!" on it just next to your avatar's picture in the upper left hand corner of your screen where you get your normal and daily Quests from. If you're active in an Adventure and you do not see the normal Adventure tab on the right side of your screen then you can access the Adventure through this alternative method...
