When I logged on, I had 6, each for my mines.. while constructing, I demolished another mine, there in giving me 7.. while constructing, I built an iron mine that never showed up, there in stealing my permit!!

I must apologize. It was 4am eastern time, my 3wk old daughter had been up all night, and I totally forgot I built a new coal mine.. All permits have been accounted for and there was no bug.. Once again, you have my sincere appologies
