It is with great sorrow and a heavy heart, that I bring to y'all the sorrowful news of the passing of one, Wild Mary. I was brought word that his health was worsening to the point that he was not expected to make it long enough to even meet me for lunch as we had originally planned.
I am truly sorry to hear of the passing of Wild Mary, as I had a special lunch of arsenic and strychnine set aside especially for his salad, as it was my understanding these were favorite condiments of his.

Today is Remembrance Day in Canada. I created this virtual monument to honour those who have fought and those who have died in war (both soldiers and innocents). I especially honour this day because my stepdad was a young boy when the Germans occupied Holland during WW2. My stepdad died a couple of years ago; most of his memories of this time died with him. Although he never shared those stories with me, I take this time to remember all who die in conflict around the world. Not just soldiers, but every one who dies in conflict.
