TRADEs and PC Clock bug - Exploit

Good day,

My PC lost its BIOS timing and was offset by 1 month or so behind.
Played Castle Empire no issue. I did not noticed until i tryed to access bank.

Once i fixed the time, my trade all the sudden showed up as 17d 15h ... so i though it was a bug, and cancelled it ... .*FACEPALM

Now its stuck in CD for 17d 15h .... and counting. I Reloaded from fresh / CTRL + F5 and still same.
If is set the clock back to let's say ... 30 day past, the trade is gone .... sooo, what's with that!

Should trade / timing of client be tied server side, not client side ....
