you guys are almost there!!! when we get the first page it takes us to the second page but it now wants us to log in again. when log in button is pushed it saves our user name we type in password then login loop starts again

It seems that the majority of the posts on this forum are in regards to log-in problems with the test server. I have had these issues myself. I was hoping to be able to try out some of the new adventures, but I have not been able to get in since the last restart. I hope these issues are fully resolved before any of this new stuff gets added to the real game!
for some strange reason, I can login to the test server with no problems on my netbook, but on the pc I cannot get in. Just keeps taking me back to the login page. I use the same browser in both. I hate playing on the tiny netbook and would really like to know what to do to be ble to play TSO on my pc.
This test system is a DISASTER!!! I can't even log into their forums to tell them of the problems. For Gods sake, don't even think about adding any of that stuff into the game or else you may as well shut down this website now!!!

Server zone crashes
Hello!
Some users can't play, because of zone crashes.
We're tracking this issue right now. Sometimes the Testers have a look and reset your zones (if possible).
I'm sorry, but this will happen on a non-regular basis and not during weekends.
But anyway we realized that there's a problem and have been investigating it.
Maybe on Monday many of the you who have crashed zones will be able to play again.

Start by READING THE POST RIGHT ABOVE YOURS.
I sent my eplorer out to map a new sector, but he is unable to find any because the entire island is already built....
I assume that the next logical step is to send my explorers out looking for adventure. If so, this is so lame since it takes a day to complete this task.Quote:

I think you need a different page for folks who already have an account ... are going there from their regular account... than for someone doing it without doing the regular game.
I found that very confusing.
I can't get logged in.. the RT is anywhere between 1-3+ days. my handle here worked there (I think, no problems getting in line to be let in).. just a long wait. Unless something's hung, and I have no idea what, or if I should reload the page.

It's not just me then... well, I suppose that's good for me, not so good for the test server. Some help on this issue would be great :D
Tried earlier this am. My que was #720, wait time ballooned to 25 days, 8 hours, 15 mins, laughing I said to heck with it and signed off. ROFL Signed in again a few mins ago am 961 and now is 7 days, 15 hours, 30 mins and continuing to rise with each refresh. I like this game but not that much. I hope this isn't a trend. :)
Cant get into test site at all this morning.
test server stops at "tip of the day". i was on and hade to refreash it. Tryed to go back but it will not load, but i can get on my standered game
when attacking get message i won but my army still fighting only way to fix it is to refresh page :(
This stupid thing is not working at all. Who wants to wait hours in qeue. It's pathethic. Don't tell me to do the FB thing, I don't do social media at all.
I LOVE all the new changes!! However I have 2 questions I can't seem to find the answers to: 1) There are a LOT of complaints about how the trade keeps refreshing itself too fast, making it almost impossible to do decent trades. Is that being looked into and about when can we expect it to be fixed? about? 2) I know this coming Thursday brings the moving of buildings... YAY!!!! But will all those nice new features be moved on Thursday? or do we have to hurry up and wait? The anticipation is killing me!!

I cannot log into the test server today, I got on yesterday and played for quite awhile. I tried deleting my cache, but that does not work. I keep getting the login screen when attempting to log on. I can even report a bug, as you have to be logged in to view the forum.

1st time i logged on test server got the survey before I played. I cancelled it, but can't get the survey again now that I have played the server.
How can I get the survey again to get the pirate house?

What is the deal with the rewards that we are supposed to get for logging in, playing for 2+ hours and taking the survey? When are we going to get our rewards? I played all day long completing all the quests that could be completed did 2 adventures (WOTS, and Outlaws). Then I took the survey.
We're planning on handing them out before the weekend! There will be a post in the official thread (stickied at the top) when they have been dispersed.Quote:
