I don't know why my workers are protesting working at the iron mine, I promised them excellent health benefits, and a decent pay raise. Apparently they have an issue with lung disease, the MSHA inspected the mine 3 times now in the last hour and haven't reported any rule violations. I would appreciate your assistance in convincing my workers to break the picket and get back to work.
if you upgrade b4 getting a settler to work it can cause a rare glitch. The mine thinks there is a worker and starts depleting with no increase in your storehouses.
only thing you can do is destroy it send out geo and then rebuild. I had that happen with a copper mine i waited and waited until i had no choice but to destroy it.
Cooler heads have prevailed, I am happy to report that all of the mine's workers returned to work after a good nights rest. Apparently there was a mix up on the deadline to sign the newly negotiated contract so they went on strike, purely a logistical error. I'm sure you all know how that goes.
