Player Icon Change?

It would be great to be able to either upload a new player icon. Please add this feature or the ability to select from a list of new character illustrations approved by the developers. Maybe add illustrations as premiums or at the cost of crystals. It would be nice to change the one I started the game with to something else, no not the monkey one either.

I think if they allow you to change the player icon, it's going to create issues, because they will have to change the icon from the game screen, friends list and they will have to do additional work. I like the icon they have for us to be honest. Plus it looks HD and the quality of the image is good enough for me. Enjoy and Explore.

I totally agree. It can't be that hard to allow us to change our player icon. For example, when I created an account on settlersonline server when i created my account and chose the icon i wanted to use, it didnt give me what I originally selected. After attempting it for a 2nd time (creating another account and letting the first one i created rott) I found that you had to select the icon to the right of the one you wanted in order to get the one I wanted. Having to create 2 different accounts just to let one of them rott could have been avoided if we were simply able to select a new player icon. I really wouldn't have cared but the icon it game be was a female. I'm a male and will not play with a female player icon. I totally agree with OP idea!!!

It just becomes too much info for them to store on their servers etc... more hassle than it is probably worth.

I wanted to change from the first time I choose mine, they said it would be a future feature I was hopping for it sooner than later.
