Chat Server issues

I have an issue where the game connects to the chat server and then 15 seconds later it loses connection only to reconnect a few seconds later and then lose connection again. After about 30 minutes of this it stops even trying to connect to the chat server. I have tried using IE, Firefox and Chrome and all browsers have the same issue. My son plays the game too and he doesn't see this issue even if he logs into the game from my computer. I tried logging in from his laptop and I still have the issue so it appears to be my account not a hardware issue. Any suggestions?

I have heard this complaint from players that have the game running on multiple computers. In other words, logged in from home, and work...or on a laptop and a desktop.
