What is the DIFFERENCE between Settlers Online and Castle Empire

What's the difference between these sites?

I think that is the UK's version of this game. There is also the original version (German) and other regions have their own servers too.

Same game, different region of the world. I believe it is call Settlers Online in Europe but they decided to call it Castle Empire here in the US.
