How come i keep getting the same message " server connection failed" over and over, and i checked my wife's game and its letting her get on. Did I get banned from the game and if so please unbanned me because i have followed all the rule and regulations set by ur gamers and developer. if i am not banned then please explained why i can't get on but my wife can. thank you very much. :mad:
Are you and your wife sharing the same computer? You might have been flagged for multi-accounting if you did not inform BB that you are sharing an IP Address with another player. Try contacting support from the menus on the Homepage.
If that is not the case then I have no idea.
EDIT: Might be a server problem, apparently quite a few people are getting that message.
This is happening to me and a few friends of mine at the moment, not sure what is going on. Seems like a couple other players are having no problems. Who knows, hopefully in the morning it will be as good as new :P
(Edit: Yes, tried everything support throws at ya for getting back on, from browsers to cache to cookies, I suppose it's server side)
I only get this problem when i am idle for to long.
