WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW is how do you write on the chat and then post it also how do we enlist more troops have tryed but no luck.

You can enlist more troops by building more residences, that will increase your population limit and allow for more settlers to join your army. You can also go to your provisions house and use bread to "make" more settlers that will sit in your star menu until you add them to your mayor's house.
You type with the keyboard keys and by pressing the ENTER button.
