They did say they were moving the servers. Maybe the truck got a flat tire. Hopefully they will reset the game to when it went offline.

still 8 of 8, but time went to one hour 2 minutes. I give up. Going to do something productive.....like laundry :)

330 people in queue? It's worse now than it was this morning. This is so not worth waiting for. CEO, let me know when you get things fixed, 'cause I have things to do, places to go, people to see.

Guys, I'm sorry. Its my fault. Yesterday, in a blinding flash of stupidity, I took the "super happy hour, 2 for 1 special" and bought a gazillion gems. The UBISOFT team is in the Bahamas laughing their as ses off at my stupidity. They'll be back in a few days and return the game - just to see if I'm dumb enough to spend money here again.

where the F is the customer serivce??? it would be nice to let us know whats going on since the servers have been offline to close to 12 hours

i started at 1200th in queue... Is this normal or some kind of error?

i was on at 2 in the morning playing.. its only been down for 6 hours bishop..

well it seems instead of deleting old bin logs and such, they have deleted your islands, and caused what is called a master reset :) lol

Thank God I been only playing for 2 weeks, feel sorry for those who been here for a long time, replaying everything is a gruesome task starting from scratch...

Serenity the servers started messing up around midnight eastern. It is now 11am eastern.. It's been 11 hours since the servers were fully functional for everyone.
