I notice the time shown on these posts is odd. The one sk1llz99 shows a posting time of 15:40. That is 3:40 pm and now it's only 8:44am central time.

You must be unaware of how most companies with internet gaming work regardless of 'everyone' trying to get it back up - the community managers aren't usually the ones who are the tech savvy troubleshooters ;) So essentially the tech group should do their work and relay little info here and there so the Community managers can do theirs - Keeping the community informed.

well at least the test server is up and running.lol and BTW, jigsaw, it is a common courtesy to let your customers know what happens when you are unable to deliver what you promise to do.
and as a system administrator, i know exactly what it feels like to be on the other end but if this thing happens to me I make sure to post at least an explanation on what happen and what we are doing to fix the problem.
anyway, i just hope they can fix this soon and post some explanation about this.

What is more annoying is not a peep from anyone at all from Blu Byte. I will have to remember that wonderful customer service next time I think about taking out my wallet to purchase additional gems.
I think the numbers indicating the position in the queue are meaningless. I've refreshed/closed/opened browser numerous times since this all started. I even restarted the computer a few times just checking. I have been as high as 200 in the "queue", and as low as 6. It currently indicates I am 14 of 14, but I don't think I'm any closer to rebuilding everything that will have crashed by now than anyone else. My only real concern is the 6 days worth of materials in my level 5 provision house. If that goes "poof".....

i dont think the time is correct at all, once the devs figure out the problem the server will be back up and running. it could be 10 min, it could be 6 hours.. we will just have to wait and see
