My counter is going down, started at 54 and 1 hour. Down to 17 and 15mins so there may be hope.
Yea mine stated at 58 minutes now it's up to 5 hours.
has any tech support messaged anyone about this? cause im sure everyones havin this issue mines at 1297 of 1297 @ 3hrs

no BREAD for smitey this morning it seems. Smitey got an long enough to get buffs and drop drill plan, but before filed barrecks got kicked. so now we are over 3 hours of wasted dril plan
Mine has been unbuffed running now for ohhh....6 or 7 hours lol. Oh well. Forgot about maintenance and I had them buffed about 2 hours before the server went down, about 12 hours ago now.
The german version of the game has the main site news updated throughout the downtime as things progress.
Is that really too much to ask for us as well? The game went down more than THREE hours early (meaning myself and many others have gold and other buildings running all night unbuffed) and now still isn't up properly and yet there's no communication. This current level of communication (occasional posts on new features and just your generic PR stuff) with zero attention to issues is problematic of many companies. Unsurprisingly, those companies tend to have angrier, less-paying communities.
What WE need is a dedicated community person for this game. Ideally two: one to cover the US hours and one to cover the English Euro hours. If they share responsibilities, then one can cover for when the over is off-shift (eg, overnight when the US person would be asleep the UK person could be posting update progress).
Last time the server was down like this I noticed time hadn't passed when I got back in - mines that were certain to have collapsed hadn't; 2 hour buffs were still running, etc.

I can even think of enough words to express my extreme displeasure with the lack of customer service. Not the fact they are having a problem, but that they don't tell us, the customers, anything. There is no excuse for this type of ignoring your customers who keep the game going with their purchase of gems. I am lucky that I had my gold production shut down before this thing came along. Question: When the server is down, does the game continue to run?

Ok, I have been trying to get "logged in" for over 3 hrs now....seriously. If this is going to happen everytime I log in, then this game is not worth playing!!!!!!
15 of 15 now but time went up to 39 min
almost at the end of my traitors adventure and haven't been able to log in since 11pm est last night!! this morning I've been getting the queing message it says over an hour!! help! my time to finish the adventure is up now :(
im pretty sure that when maintenance goes on, all buffs are paused, explorers are paused, the game comes to a stand still. so if this happened during the maintenance then i would assume the game is still paused.

They did say they were moving the servers. Maybe the truck got a flat tire. Hopefully they will reset the game to when it went offline.
still 8 of 8, but time went to one hour 2 minutes. I give up. Going to do something productive.....like laundry :)

Guys, I'm sorry. Its my fault. Yesterday, in a blinding flash of stupidity, I took the "super happy hour, 2 for 1 special" and bought a gazillion gems. The UBISOFT team is in the Bahamas laughing their as ses off at my stupidity. They'll be back in a few days and return the game - just to see if I'm dumb enough to spend money here again.
where the F is the customer serivce??? it would be nice to let us know whats going on since the servers have been offline to close to 12 hours

i started at 1200th in queue... Is this normal or some kind of error?
i was on at 2 in the morning playing.. its only been down for 6 hours bishop..
well it seems instead of deleting old bin logs and such, they have deleted your islands, and caused what is called a master reset :) lol
Thank God I been only playing for 2 weeks, feel sorry for those who been here for a long time, replaying everything is a gruesome task starting from scratch...

Serenity the servers started messing up around midnight eastern. It is now 11am eastern.. It's been 11 hours since the servers were fully functional for everyone.
Mine went down about 5 am central time and has not come back up yet. I am not as lucky as those that at least get a time frame...all I get is "SERVER CALL FAILURE". It's good that they are working on it - can only hope it doesn't take another 5/6 hrs to fix. Anyway, think I'll go play with the cat's fur ball as I am sure I will have lots more fun doing that!!! :P
Just wanted to let you guys know that we are aware of the current issue with the login queue. The development team is working to fix this as soon as possible.

@pita, i was in the middle of reporting (TheD) for scamming as well as talking to a new friend that was reimbursing me for what he scammed me of. so i was really not in the mood to get off and let it go, i also had editing to do on my guild site. so i just stuck around and kept trying to get on my island, around 11:15-11:30 i was able to get in as was a few of our guild members, and the new friend that was reimbursing me. i also seen many people in global talking about what had happened. i was able to stay up much later then expected because they didnt take the server down, i ended up logging off around 2 am pacific time and others will still on and playing.
