General Placed into Recovering mode when he didn't fight.

As you can see my general is in Recovery mode, the catch is that he didn't lose a fight. I sent him to attack the NW leader in SFtR, with the intention that he'd be intercepted by the camp just below the leader. This worked just fine. Then when that bandit camp was dead, the general went back halfway between his garrison and the camp he'd just killed. He started heading for the trap near there and was retreated before he hit it. He never did head for the leader camp he was assigned to hit. When he got back to the garrison I unloaded the troops from him and hit OK so i could load those troops into another general across the map. When i checked that general again he was recovering. I have no idea if this is able to be duplicated... but it seems like generals are going into Recovery for no reason tonight (as there's another vaguely similar report on this forum).
The picture shows the retreat in the text log, does not show any lost battles, and even shows the general getting back to base i think.
