what are buffs... how do you do the fish plate

its in your provision building, the tutorial covers that I believe.

and if you did not read the tutorial
step 1 catch fish with fishing building
step 2 make fishplate in provisions house
step 3 click star menu
step 4 click fish plate
step 5 click on your building that you want to buff. please note that buffing a friend makes it last 50% longer, which in turn leads to you being 50% more awesome.
