Recruting For Viking King Guild

starting a new guild i already built the guild i already improved the capacity to 21 by my self i would like higher level people to apply with resources mainly focused on one thing so that we can have a balanced economy within the guild in which we can trade between one another for lower prices this guild is and will be if all goes as planned self sustaining.

At the start we will need when people first start to join we will need the outside trading to continue to grow and make money as we get bigger i would like to at least see 50% of the trades in house. to help our own peopel first then outside trade for a little extra income.

once established i want to try and have about 6 of each 6 for lumber 6 for food so on and so on only thing is im just now starting it i am the only one in it . that being said i have funded this whole thing my self cause im not a mooch but later in time we would all need to work together to continue to grow.

as we grow the number of each specific group will grow to 7 of each 8 of each and so on.

in active players will not stay they will be removed trades between guild shoud be avg price or lower and help when u can or if u can. I would like all member to mature about any and all situations as many people will need assistance as we continue to grow weather it be information or help with resources we will try and arrange something for u so again be patient.

as to what i am kinda looking for a setup kinda like mine ( i am open to discussion on operation and balance of resources) example me i have like 45 lvl 2 hardwood buildings and also a decent farm going on i have all my areas maxed out with buildings and 60 licenses and population of 1,580 yes my area could be more organized but i am upgrading my buildings constantly to get to where i have a greater output of resources.

That's awesome! Is this a causal player guild? Do you have a set lvl requirement? How does you guild help its members?

well id like to see a a level 20 or higher because of the simple fact that if you are already focused on only one or 2 things u will fit in great and have a good start to continue in that direction to help support the guild. i would like to keep it semi casual but to be serious in guild growth. as to how we will help members my plan is to do in house trading so that way we can keep costs of materials low we can also do a little outside trading for growth of our money. and any advise that u might need the senior members will be there to help if we don't know the exact answer we will find out for u.
