G-G-G-GOLD ORE fer Trade!!!

I'm sure ya'll maybe wondering why gold ore is so hard to find or just too dang expensive to mine :(

I have the solution, through a network of highly motivated personnel I have unearthed massive veins of gold ore :)

The time has come my fellow Castle Emperors to get the gold ore you always wanted/needed!

My favorite trades are:
My 400 gold ore for your 400 iron swords
My 400 gold ore for your 200 steel swords
My 400 gold ore for your 100 granite
& of course
My 400 gold ore for for your 90 coins

let's analyze:
400 gold ore usually sells for 75g
100 granite for 100-120g
200 steel swords for 125-150g
400 iron swords for 100-120g.
After careful analysis, I must conclude....N-N-N-NO THANKS!

If you can process and buff gold ore properly 400 gold ore turns into 200g
So...
I do make a profit but I'm not trying to rip anyone off.

Sorry I came off sounding smarmy.
I know you are not trying to rip anybody off.
The deal would not appeal to me, but that does not mean others would not be happy to do it.

Where can you find gold ore for 90 coins?

400 ore turns into 200 coins if and only if you get the coal and baskets for free. To smelt 400 ore you will need 1600 coal which sells for 10g, or 40g for the lot. Then you have to take into account the cost of baskets. Assuming you use a level 2 smelter it will take you 40 hours or 4.4 baskets and at 6g each that is another 26g coins. Now take those 200 bars and put them in a level 2 coinage which will take another 40 hours or 4.4 baskets at 6g each and that is 26 more coins. So in truth that 400 ore into 200 coins is a false statement in my opinion. In the end after the price of coal and baskets is taken into account that 400 ore is worth 108 coins with the level 2 chain and 134 coins with a level 4 chain.

disclaimer: I am sleepy and more then likely make a mistake or two.
