Can you Level up past 50?
Currently, Level 50 is as far as you can go, although I hear rumors that it may change to Level 52 in the not too distant future. (Like PvP, don't hold your breath.)
In my Quest Book, I do have a quest for Level 51. It doesn't do anything at the moment.
How many XP did it take to get to Level 50?
The total, as seen above, is 3,746,000. To go from 49 to 50 took 805,000. To put that into perspective, it takes 690,000 to go from Level 1 to Level 43.
When I leveled to 50 the extra XP that I had earned on my final adventure weren't counted. (It wasn't that many, but still....)
What did you get for hitting Level 50?
2500 gems and the ability to build bottomless wells. (Not quite as bottomless as the name would lead you to believe.)
What is the secret to leveling so quickly?
No secrets, really.
CEO is about three things: patience, persistence and help from your mates. And the Nords adventure. So...four things.
Lots and lots of Nords adventures. I ran it over 110 times. You earn 26,858 XP per run: nearly 3 million of my XP came from running that one adventure over and over and over and over and...well you get the idea. (I see Housekarls in my dreams.)
More importantly than that, though, has been the help I have gotten from so many wonderful people I have met and chatted with.
There are too many to mention them all, but there are a few I'd like to single out:
First and foremost, is Shuttlepilot, who brought me into her guild and helped get me started. She shared her thoughts with a true n00b and never treated my many dumb questions as though they were. She also showed me how to make an island pretty.
wizard is simply the most generous person I know with his time, advice and encouragement, (and spare crossbows after a horrible retreat incident).
smitey was constantly combing global to help me find all of those copies of Nords that I needed to get where I am.
Matrix_Khan let me kill literally thousands of his bowmen. He is the greatest wing man ever!
Segomo and Thevano, the Masters of the Combat Simulator, Rawrnoob the Lord of Google Docs, SirRoy, the God of Global and v4r4n4 the King of One Wheat Field.
If I missed you, please forgive my thoughtlessness. I haven't slept since the last maintenance.
What now?
Still working on that.
I will spend some time running all of those other adventures that I have heard about, continuing to make guides and offering what ever help I can.
Thanks for reading this far and please remember that I accept all friend requests and will answer any of your game related questions.
Cheers!
