Is this Game over Moderated?

I think the chat is under-moderated.
They should give bans with no warnings.
People agreed to the rules and should be held accountable.
The chat has become nearly useless.

i was on when you got banned acidrain he warned you twice and then told you your banned. thats more than enough warning.

I agree with sirory though, they should not have to warn you its in the terms and code, if you break it you should be banned without any red tape...

ignorance or lack of reading/common sense should not be an excuse people use.....

I hope over moderation does not become an issue here!
Lekool has seriously damaged its player fan base by alowing chat moderators to run wild and mute/ban on the smallest whim.

u mean over moderated . u must be kidding me. the chat should be moderated and give warnings more than it does right now. It clearly states in the chat rule that global-1 and help should be for game discussion, not for off topic one like politics. almost all in the global is breaking this rule. they should all be warned

This game is very under-moderated. I feel myself losing IQ points just by glancing at global for 5 seconds.

Just by way of further information, I received no warning before being banned by BB_Gramleg for 48 hours. Just some flippant comment contained in the notification that I should take a break and have a Kit Kat. Half way through the ban now and the ticket is still being dealt with by Blue Byte. No surprise there. I will be expecting an apology and compensation when the finally get around to dealing with my complaint.

As to standard general chat and what it means, well just that. I typed two lines of dialogue which was participating in the general conversation at the time. If you can't have friendly general chat in "general chat" then what's the point? Does every line have to contain the word "Castle Empire"? By that definition of off topic, saying "Hi" in general chat is a banning offence and that is exactly how petty the moderation is appearing to get. It might just be a problem with moderators not thinking while carrying out their duty.

I've tried contacting BB_Gramleg by email but he just ignores me. I've kicked it up a level now so that actual paid employees of Blue Byte can sort the problem out.

Keep letting me know about any problems you have been experiencing, it is much appreciated.

I'm waiting for the faux lawsuit post next to be quite honest. Those are always amusing.

I might pop some popcorn & watch this unfold. Cheaper than a movie.
