Actually, the international servers have player moderators. It NA servers that do not.
Exactly and i come from those servers and it works. Although they HAVE to be Trusted
I just talked to MOD_Lotak2 and he is a very good mod, and i saw there global, guess what the chat was about: Guilds and other stuff. They work!!
