Buying HWP, Marble, Noble Deeds, Wheat

As the title says i am buying HWP and marble in large quantities. In the end i am looking for 126k HWP and 142k Marble. I am offering to pay with coins or any expert resources i have available including but not limited to xbows, cannons, and damascene swords. And i am also in the market for 150 Noble Residence Deeds. And while i am asking for things to buy i am looking for a stable supplier of wheat.
