no login or response from a ticket in 10 hrs, is anyone else still locked out of the game?
any suggestions on how to get back into the game, ive tried sending in a ticket yesterday, but of course there is no telling how long that will take. I suspect im one of a very few people effected since im not seeing any outcry on the forums other than this post.
unfortunately BB has no real customer support. I have a ticket that has been unanswered for almost 60 days
Ive been trying to get in game all morning. All i get is a white screen and my friend list flickers. SO i came to visit the forum for a while. Tired of having to clear the cache all the time. It doesnt even work all the time clearing it either. Gotta keep logging in an out a dozen times or so before it finally loads.
