Generals (10) Failure to Repair

Earned adventure traitors; sent total of 10 generals which just seemed to disappear somewhere into ? Want my generals and full complement of troops back or I quit investing in your BETA. rbarnhart

Now it is worse, on restart of game the adventure traitors along with the 10 generals and troops is not there. sucks . what do I do to reclaim my generals?

so far I have been looking for anything to suggest there is a fix to the problem. I have not found anything, but the German forums here have a link that they reset your generals. However, that forum is for the german server. No fix has been suggested on the US forums yet, so i would recommend waiting to see what BB suggests doing.

this is bs, everyone in my guild is having problems all the way from chat delays to generals disappearing and camps that were killed coming back. CE you guys going to fix this or leave us in the dark. We have sent tickets but of course you guys never respond

Yeah its been 6 hours for my generals... it seems like everyone else having this problem only had to wait 1-2 hours for it to fix itself... can someone please look into this?

well i just lost my 27k xp (after doing nords) when the server rolled back. the worst part is that i can't now even access the adventure and yet they pretend that this thing is not happening at all (no update from them).

I have a slight feeling it is being looked at. Would you rather have them working on the problem or stuck on the forums reading about them? They are aware of the situation. It will just take time. As I stated somewhere else, TAKE A BREAK! It is, afterall, just a game.
