Gem/Resource loss

Not sure what happened just now, but i was prompted to refresh.

Before i refreshed, I buffed a good number of my buildings, as is my routine. I also traded gold for adventures(2) and bought several gem items, including a savage explorer and a handful of deposit refills.

As is your design, you are well aware that creating buffs, especially baskets, takes time... and a decent amount of time at that.

I'm sure that you're also aware of the value of gold also.

It goes without saying that gems are a very precious commodity.

All of these things were lost upon returning to the game. A number of other players expressed having this issue as well.

I'm sure I don't need to point out my constant and consistent donations to your game and the service that you provide.

I'm not sure how you plan to correct this, but some type of corrective actions is required.

A simple review of my account will show that i have absolutely no motive or need to fabricate such an incident and would never do so even if i wasn't a regular acquisitioner of gems.

I will not donate again until some type of compensatory actions is taken.
