chat/trade tabs unloading and reloading oddly

I realize you already know about the reset that happened today, I wanted to report that the tabs in the chat window are also behaving rather erratically. I've noticed that trades fall off and new trades don't get posted so the trade window just dwindles to 5-10 trades in the world, and then unexpectedly starts to reload. I've also noticed that global tabs (general, help, trade) periodically disappear for a short time, it seems like relogging seems to clear it up, but this is all new as of today. I'm not sure if this is related to the reset or not so I thought I'd report it in case the extra information helps with troubleshooting.
