Upgrade time!

I have a Flour Mill next to my Mayors House that I started upgrading from lvl 3 to lvl 4 I believe it was on thursday. It's supposed to take 24 hours to upgrade, I'm finally at 49%...... This is now Monday, 5 days later.

P.S. No Easter Event this year???

I would love to see an Easter event this year! and yea 24 hour upgrade 5 days later...definitely odd.
