Blyzits, mistgearworks, flyinghorsefarm, Phaolan2012, and HAVOC guild leaders
I don't know why all of Blyzits support tickets are going to my email address I don't know who Blyzits is, but apparently he is married and is a leader in the HAVOC guild. From the support emails I've received I know this guys real life name is Charles, and that he went on a vacation and was banned for breaking a CoC rule (I'm guessing multi accounting given the number of accounts I've seen in the emails over the last month or so) and now he seems pretty confused/upset. Anyway I've been getting all of his tickets (he submits a lot of them) routed back to my email account.
I have no idea how or why I (a 3rd party player) am receiving Blyzits tickets but I am. The support staff is unable or unwilling to fix this association that exists between Blyzits and my email address. I am at a dead end with the support people, so now I'm asking the HAVOC guild or Charles (Blyzits) to fix his email address if he'd like to get support. Either that or stop submitting tickets. The 20-30 tickets that I have now in my email aren't going to do you a whole lot of good. Please fix your stuff.
