Well, i am giving a buy one get one free discount or 25% off. Usually the price is 200 gold coins, but 25% off it would be: 150 coins
websites are free, why pay you gold coins? LOL
lets just say I just want to see how good he is but in the end I wasn't satisfied with the service. 150gc doesn't hurt that much anyway :D
Issues:
1) he don't want to give me the user name and password of the main admin :D which is really bad because he can delete it anytime he wants coz he has the access to the main admin :D
2) the website or forum domain is not actually for free coz you have to spend money or your time just to maintain the site itself :D
and yes I also agree with Call-Me-King making forum is free... you can self study it for like a week and you'll be able to design your forum with ease :)
