Paper Chase 2 is missing

Hello, I got the quest for paper chase 2 to get the map, but as soon as I click Finish for that quest my browser hang for 2 minute than it says connection to server is closed and reload the game. After few minutes I got the next quest which says to collect Egg from new map, but I don't see that map in my inventory, so I cannot visit and finish my quest.

Check star menu & email for items. If you don't find it, submit a support ticket via the in-game links under your avatar picture.
