Bug Event, Help me!

I finish quest "Start of the paper chase" but I only receive 10 and i don't receive item "Paper chase - First stage". I try check mail, reset game... but i don't see mail receipt item "Paper chase - first stage". Now I am right what's the matter?. Sorry, my english no good. :(

You can buy it in the store for 10 gold coins; they'll refund those coins next week, too.
