Daily Quest Problem

Well, I have two copies of Nords bought from a good friend around 11:30pm (MST) April 13, 2012. Then I started the first one before leaving for work the next day (April 14, 2012) and invited my friend to clear camp #1 (so he can have the loots) and plan on finishing the adventure after I return home from work. The problem is that when I come back, I found out that my Nords adventure zone is missing from my right screen and from the quest log as well. And when I check my daily quest, it says that I should finish an "Island of Pirates" adventure. I don't know if this is related to my missing Nords adventure zone but there is a likely possibility that this daily quest is the one that caused my nords to go missing.

I already sent them a ticket and this is what I received from them.

"Hello DeuxMaximums,

Both previous nords adventures have been completed, you currently do not have any adventures opened.


'The Settlers Online' Support Team"


From their tone it seems to me that they are telling me that I just want a free "nords" map and my claims are incorrect. I mean, really, BB?? I can do nords everyday, and why would i want a free nords map if i can buy them right?

Anyway, I posted this in bug section so they can investigate this matter thoroughly and do some pre-emptive actions before this bug happens again with other players. I for one, thinks that having to do an "adventure" for a daily quest is completely pointless.

Waiting for some kind of reply from them.


PS: Before this incident happen, I finished a nord adventure on April 12, 2012 and another one on April 15, 2012 (hence the two nord their support is talking about). If only he/she can check the server logs to find out that I open a nord on the morning of April 14, 2012 and buy two nords on April 13, 2012 (or 14 depends on the timezone) then i would have not posted this incident on the forums.
