Sleeping Titanium Smelter Consumes Titanium Ore

My level 1 sleeping "Zzz" Titanium Smelter consumes 2 titanium ore and produces 1 titanium bar as soon as I acquire more than 2 titanium ore. I usually keep my Titanium smelter asleep because I don't have any titanium ore to run the smelter. But sometimes I will get 5 titanium ore from my Explorer returning from a Finding Treasure mission. Moments after I place 5 titanium ore into my Mayor's House, 2 of those ore are consumed and 1 titanium bar is produced, all while my titanium smelter is sleeping/paused.

This has got to be a bug.

Stupid question: Have you tried turning it on and then turning it back off? Sometimes my "Zzz's" do not display correctly.

Yes. That also happens to me sometimes. I have to turn it on and then right away back off to get the Zzz's to display correctly. But that happens with some other buildings I keep asleep too, like my steel weaponsmith.
