Just wanna update this as my link seemed to be broken and havnt received gifts yet.. but still check your emails :) Might just have been me with bad luck
i think there is just a delay in the crediting of the gift to the account, most likely they will do a mass crediting sometime each evening
Yeah, i just wanted to let everyone know to check their mail's.. as not everyone check's their e-mails daily etc
I have checked mine every time they do an e-mail gift and never get one.
I am still waiting on mines as well, not to mention patiently too.

I got my email, but it never was credited to my account. Oh well.
New players, I think if you're not getting an email you need to go up to the "settings" menu on the top right of the forum and make sure your "general settings" selections include authorization to receive email from admin. I also think you may need to go back to your original signup/enrollment emails to click a link that "activates" your email account with the administrators. I vaguely recall having to do both.
I really appreciate the heads-up from MEPH about the email, because I am not really sure why these (apparently regularly appearing) holiday gifts do not arrive in-game, and as I only use a rarely-checked email address for commercial purposes, it is unlikely I would have seen the email but for my monitoring of the forum. (KUDOS MEPH)
Having said that, I can confirm that I got the gifts about 2-3 hours after I "redeemed" the code.
I do recall having researched the forum earlier for questions about these kinds of emails, and seeing BB suggest you should contact Customer Support if you didn't receive the email. I don't know if you'll get results, but it certainly couldn't hurt to try -- my impression is that these folks do their best to set things right and make all players get equal opportunities.

Yeah, i put a ticket in with support, and it all got sorted out eventually.. one thing i will say is the gm/dev's in this game rock

I put in a ticket to try and get mine. But maybe they are all going out after the maintenance???

It seems that if you are using "facebook" as a login. Chances are you won't be getting an email for the gift at all.
Must be a bug in the system
