Adventure level requirements

I guess they are now enforcing the minimum level requirements for starting adventures. Has anyone else had this problem? It is my understanding that only the player who starts it needs to be the correct level. This is the first time I have seen this personally (today 4-17) as I have never had this problem.

Anyways min level for the adventures
Bounty Hunter - 26
Traitors - 26
Witch of the Swamp - 26
Island of the Pirates - 26
Horseback - 26
The Dark Priest - 26
Stealing From the Rich - 26
Old Friends - 36
Motherly Love - 36
Victor the Vicious - 36
Bandit Nest - 36
Outlaws - 36
Sons of the Veld - 36
Wild Mary - 36
The Nords - 36
Surprise Attack - 36
Gunpowder - 36
Roaring Bull - 42
Secluded Experiments - 42
The Dark Brotherhood - 42
The Black Knights - 42

you need 36 for old friends. i know this for certain, unsure about victors or motherly

confirmed. you need level 36 for all three of the adventures posted as requiring level 32.
