What has effected you for so long since this unexpected down time? Please don't tell me your missing generals still?
i used a drill plan about 30 minutes before the servers went down. personally, i just considered it a loss and kept going about my day but one of the bb staff members told everyone to send in a support ticket if anything was lost during the unexpected downtime so that's what i did. i'm just waiting for a response from them and see if anything can be done about it. if there's nothing they can do about it, then i'll just call it a day and continue playing. :)
Better not complain about the lack of support. I started a topic about the now month long lack of customer service and had it deleted. Apparently they take offense that we don't approve of their disdain for customer support.
