adventure question
Hi All
Sent out my explorer on an adventure quest. Dude comes back with a "Dark Priest" adventure.
Well I started it without realizing that I needed a d-day sized army to finish this quest.
If I cancel this will I ever get the chance to have the "dark Priest" quest again?
-
If you cancel and adventure you will lose it.
The best thing you can do now is train an army and finish it. If that is a 2 person adventure I'd be happy to help you finish it up (I can't remember if that's a 1 or 2 player adventure).
If it's 1 player only you'll probably need to make trades to get your army ready....whatever you do, don't cancel it. Do whatever you can to complete it.

Just FYI, it is a 2 player adventure (I confirmed it). Like I said, I'm happy to help you finish and I have an army ready, or you can ask a friend or guildmate to help you finish it.
You need to make sure you take out at least one unit so that you get the loot though. You only get exp for the units you kill, but you get full loot as long as you kill at least one unit.

Thats really nice of you... I have to run a bunch of errands and when I get back I will contact you and if you are able we could do it as 2 player.
-
yep feel free to add me if you need someone to help you finish it or ask a guildie for help. Its a 2 player adventure. As long as you kill one unit you'll get the full loot. Canceling does not return adventures

Rantankerous
Cant seem to send PMs...
I sent you a friend request in the game.
I have a crappy little army there now and took care of the first camp according to the guide here on the forums.
So, I hate to ask a stupid question, and it isnt meant to be as rude as it is going to sound but, why are willing to do this for me? What is in it for you? Will you get the spoils of victory? (still new to the game and I basically have to clue) lol.

Ok Art, Ill send you a friend request as well.
Can never have too many friends right?
-
The reason he's willing to help (and anyone would, basically) is that BOTH players get the rewards - so if you each kill at least one unit, you each get the whole loot.
Also, if he does most of the fighting, he gets most of the XP.
This is why, for example, Aethelsyn and I are willing to run any 3 player adventure for anyone. You provide an adventure and kill one man, get the loot. We get loot and XP.

I like to keep some retired bandits in my star menu as well. This is a easy way to refill your ranks, but training can still take some time. But is a much better way then waiting for recruits to come back every few mins.
