Kicked Out Early Denied Vet Gen
so long story short, i had 21 eggs short and was attempting to click accept on a trade that came through so that i could buy the vet gen, but my browser was lagging, it then sped up suddenly (as if it lagged and was now catching up) and then the update notice popped up and it logged me out...now i can't back in because it's mainteance and i can't buy the vet gen after because your taking it out...while I understand this game is still in beta, i did spend 30 dollars to support it, and if it's not too much to ask, i would like to see a little customer service in fixing this? I'm not asking for a free handout, however if im not mistaken it would not be difficult for a CE moderator or programmer or whoever works on the system to simply remove my eggs from my account and add the vet gen...is this asking too much of them? I would hate to see them ignore me and leave me with 1350 eggs that no one will touch basically making the money i spent on the game worthless (unless i call my CC company and just cancel the charge and then this account) but I would really like to continue playing...just wanting what i earned with hours of hard work in the trade tab is all...don't think thats too much to ask but maybe im wrong?
