I'm posting again, because my previous post was deleted.
I still have massive issues logging in. I still have recieved no response from my ticket. As stated numerous times before, I have to alternate browsers between Firefox and IE, clearing cache every time, to maybe be able to log in within 15-20 tries. I like your game, would like to continue to play, but it's becoming impossible to do so. I cannot keep resources up because I CANT GET IN to re-do mines etc..
This is your last chance. Respond, act like you might accidentally care about customer service, or I will find something else to spend my time on.
