Something is messed up with the adventure invites. My brother and I both show that we have accepted adventures from each other but we can't see the other person's adventures to join them. The only adventure that shows up in either of our quest logs is the one we initiated. I also saw a number of weird log in issues today, so I assume all hell is breaking loose on the back end and the technical staff is trying to fix issues today.. Any ETA on the resolution?
There's a post elsewhere in the Discussion forum, (I think), about mechanics of when it's okay/not-okay to accept invites. Something about having a general home on your island or something like that.
Ever since the last release, with the change in behaviors to the PH & Barracks during upgrades, and the decorative items not disappearing from adventure islands, I think the adventure system's gotten buggier. I was doing Pirates a lot, (21 times in 6 days), and there was a lot of randomness with where garrisons could be placed. Even after I adjusted my guide to deal with the decorative items, there were more changes, (i.e. restrictions), on where I could move them, and that occured several days after last week's release.
My opinion is they're constantly tweaking & jacking stuff up without disclosing it.
