Adventure Bug "Island of Pirates"

I've been doing this adventure for multiple times now and I see that there is a bug in Placing the general into the field. Which in turn it didn't happened to me during the Easter Event and after the changes in PH and Barracks it is messed up.

Read the developer diary. There was a maintenance release that changed the behavior of adventures. Decorative items no longer disappear after clearing a sector. So lots of garrison placement options have changed as a result.
