The worst part about problems like this (the chat server and trade being down again) is that your company provides no means for people to check on status, get feedback on progress or anything. A very very simple option on the home/login page to take people to a company feedback on server status could be implemented as so many thousands of other companies do.
Crashes happen. Technical Problems happen.
The lack of communication.... well it happens here.
I agree, an email notice would be helpful, or even just a note on the homepage.
Well I am having the same issue every few days. Today is one of those times. The biggest problem is that BB won't even respond to these threads, it's as if they are trying to avoid acknowledging the issue even exists.
any word on a fix for this. I am still unable to connect to the chat server.
Day 3 and no fix nor any response to my support ticket. Hey BB anybody home? I'll be quitting the game tomorrow if I haven't at least received a response to my 3 day old support ticket. Just can't support a company that ignores their players
over 2 weeks now and still not fixed. Thanks BB for nothing. Done now and moving on.
