Game not opening

When opening, it gets to the game window & all I see is the flash plug in background. I have tried going from the site's main page, using the 'play now' button, with the same results as if I had gone directly to the gray flash background.

0825 hours PDT 6/5/12

I get to the URL "http://www.thesettlersonline.net/en/play" and all I have is a grayish screen. It's driving me nuts 'cause I can't get the game to load. Please help! I've got the latest version of adobe flash, just downloaded it this morning.
